Return Policy:
-All items/products(exceptions below) have a full 30 Day Money Back Guaranteed on all unused and unopened tools. Original shipping will not be refunded and return shipping must be covered by customer. Refund will be issued for total of the item(s)/Product(s) value plus the taxes(if they applied). Any items/products considered as used will have a 15% restocking or more depending on condition of the tools. All items/products purchased past 30 days can be returned but will have to under go a full inspection before we decide the actual refund amount(between 15% to 90% restocking fee).
Special Order/Pre-Order Policy:
-Please note any items/products that are "Special Orders" or "Pre-Orders" are not returnable and not refundable after we have sent the supplier the Purchase Order for your items/products, this is due to the fact that those items are specially ordered for you and we cannot assume stock.
-Any special order items might take longer then the stated time due to unexpected delay from the supplier, if this occurrs, we have very virtually no control on the supplier.
Refund:
