All items/products(exceptions below) have a full 30 Day Money Back Guaranteed on all unused and unopened tools. Original shipping will not be refunded and return shipping must be covered by customer. Refund will be issued for total of the item(s)/Product(s) value plus the taxes(if they applied). Any items/products considered as used will have a 15% restocking or more depending on condition of the tools. All items/products purchased past 30 days can be returned but will have to under go a full inspection before we decide the actual refund amount(between 15% to 90% restocking fee).
Heated Gear Exception: All new, unopened and sealed heated gear returns must be within 30 days of the date of purchase, a 15% restocking fee will apply to any return of heated gear. Any opened, unsealed and opened heated gear cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Please note, all returns must be accompanied by a RMA number, in order to obtain a RMA number please contact us via email or telephone. ALL returns without a RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
Combined Shipping Policy
All orders, placed as one order will be shipped only when complete, any special order items will delay in-stock items from being shipped. When the special orders are past the estimated date by 5 business days will we ship partial when communicated and approved by buyer.
Special Order/Pre-Order Policy
Please note any items/products that are "Special Orders" or "Pre-Orders" are not returnable and not refundable after we have sent the supplier the Purchase Order for your items/products, this is due to the fact that those items are specially ordered for you and we cannot assume stock. We will not issue a refund or accept a return on a special order item under ANY circumstances at ANY time. If the period of special order extends further then 3 to 4 months and the supplier allows us to cancel the special order item, you will be eligible for a refund at that point.
Any special order items might take longer then the stated time due to unexpected delay from the supplier, if this occurs, we have very virtually no control on the supplier. Special order items are specially ordered for you from the supplier, therefore their stock level can also affect the estimated arrival time of any special order items.
All items that are listed as "CLEARANCE" are not returnable and not refundable under ANY circumstances, these items are DEEPLY discounted.
All products/orders over 150lbs/or that requires freight carrying will be shipped via Freight Truck, shipping quotes will be given as UPS Standard(ground) but will be shipped via a freight carrier. If you have residential address, require tailgate delivery, appointment, storage or any form of additional instructions it will be an extra charge.
We currently do not accept different shipping address than the billing address, please note all shipment will be shipped to the verified address on your payment's information. Paypal's or Credit Card's address will be used for shipments. This is a fraud preventing system to protect both consumers and us.
Pick-Up Orders Policy
Items must be picked-up at our store location: 708 Limoges Rd, Limoges, ON, K0A2M0.
A confirmation email will be sent once the order is ready for pick-up. If the item is not picked-up within 90 days the order will be abandoned.
If a customer requests to have their order shipped instead of picked-up we will charge a 15% processing fee on order subtotal as well as the regular shipping charges.
The person picking-up the package must have the order number and identification in hand.
ALL American Express Refunds will incur a 3% charge due to transactions fees not being refunded to us.
