TMG Industrial Warranty Policy

At JCCayer, we are proud to offer TMG Industrial’s lineup of reliable, heavy-duty equipment. However, please note that all warranty claims for TMG Industrial products must be handled directly with TMG Industrial.

 Warranty Support Through TMG

TMG Industrial provides a 1-year limited warranty on most products, covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. If you are experiencing issues with a TMG product, you must contact TMG Industrial’s Customer Support Team directly to initiate a claim:

Important:
All warranty claims require photo documentation of the issue and the overall condition of the product. Warranty support cannot be provided without visual evidence. Claims involving parts such as hydraulic cylinders, motors, or structural components should not be disassembled prior to receiving authorization, as doing so may void your warranty.

TMG covers standard shipping for approved warranty parts within their terms. Expedited or specialty freight is not covered.

 Repairs & Labor at JCCayer

While JCCayer is not involved in the warranty claim process, we do offer full in-house repair services for all TMG Industrial equipment. Whether your issue is covered under warranty or not, we are happy to perform diagnostics, service, and installations at our regular labor rates.

We carry and install replacement parts where available, and can assist with repairs whether sourced through TMG warranty or purchased separately.

⚠️ Warranty Exclusions (Summary)

TMG’s warranty does not cover:

• Bent tines, bent hydraulic cylinders, or blown seals

• Ground-engaging components such as blades, teeth, shanks, and hoses (considered wear items)

• Modifications or unauthorized repairs

• Damage from improper installation, extreme weather, or misuse

• Products not purchased from an authorized dealer (e.g. auction purchases)

Proof of Purchase Required

Warranty coverage is valid only for products purchased directly from TMG Industrial or authorized dealers like JCCayer. A valid proof of purchase is required.
